When something feels off

You're exhausted. Your intuition tells you something's not quite right — or you're on high alert, waiting for the school to call about the latest behavior. Maybe you've gone to your pediatrician, and although well-intentioned, you sense your child's needs are more complex.

You need guidance. You need answers. That's where we come in.

How a consultation works

  1. 01

We meet you and your child

We sit down together to understand your concerns and your child's world.

  2. 02

    We ask and observe

Through a series of questions and careful observation, we build a picture of what's going on.

  3. 03

    We write a plan

You receive a written plan of recommendations — concrete, specific, and tailored to your family.

  4. 04

You leave with a clear path forward

We partner with you on next steps — therapy, OT, speech, formal testing, or support at school.

Common questions

How is this different from full testing?

It's a lighter-touch starting point. We meet, observe and give you a written plan and direction — and if formal neuropsychological testing is the right next step, we'll tell you.

What do we walk away with?

A written plan of recommendations and a clear path forward, tailored to your family's needs.

What if we need testing afterward?

We'll point you toward it. Our neuropsychological assessment team can pick up right where the consultation leaves off.

Do you take insurance?

We take BCBS PPO. Reach out and we'll help you understand your coverage.

Reach out. We'll take it from here.

Tell us a little about what's bringing you in. We'll match you with the clinician most likely to meet your needs.
